Romantic, relaxing and delicately country-chic, this pretty stone built villa is a charming addition to the western coast of Zakynthos. Perched on the top of a hill in the quaint village of Agios Leontas, the villa overlooks panoramic ocean views – and is one of our favourite spots for catching those famous Greek island sunsets.
A place to unwind and just relax, the large outdoor pool patio is a complete suntrap with swinging day beds, stylish street-style lighting and an open air dining table for those warmer summer nights. Inside, the villa is reminiscent of an upscale farmhouse – exposed stone walls pair perfectly with all the contemporary furnishings and luxury mod cons. The hub of the house is the large living and dining room on the ground floor – overlooking the pretty pool patio, it’s a cosy retreat with a spacious sofa, large dining table and a standout feature corner fireplace. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each one uniquely decorated with an en suite shower room, and a master suite upstairs – complete with a large en suite bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. A long contemporary galley kitchen, furnished with a smaller second dining spot, completes the first floor. Outside, a further double bedroom and small kitchenette can be found in the self-contained annex below the pool area.
