Description
This pretty stone estate is located in Mallorca’s Vall d’en Marc region, and is very rustic but elegant in its simple country style. Just 6km from the old town of Pollença, the villa combines two restored finca houses that are surrounded by the loveliest views of the island’s UNESCO-protected Tramuntana mountains. Designed in a style typical of the area, the villa makes use of exposed thick stone walls, pretty tiling and high ceilings throughout both.
The two neighbouring buildings make this villa a great choice for two families or a group of friends holidaying together. It’s a tranquil retreat which comfortably sleeps 8, and has plenty of space and privacy – in true Spanish style, there’s even a casita outhouse by the pool with another kitchen and shower room for even more space. The villa has a beautiful outdoor pool surrounded by a large lawn for garden games, and lots of covered terraced areas, with al fresco tables and comfy seating for you to just relax and chill on. Table tennis is also available if you want to ramp up the competitive holiday fun. The villa is very refined in style inside, decorated to a classic but modern country-like finish. There are three beautiful kitchens scattered throughout the buildings. They’re traditional but well-equipped, with all the expected contemporary mod-cons – and for even more indulgence, breakfast and lunch service is included here (the cost of food isn’t, but is payable locally). Both the main villa and guest house have a spacious living area with TV, air-conditioning and cosy sofa seating, and each one offers two good sized bedrooms – a twin and double (both en suite) in the main house, and a twin room and master double with a private terrace in the guest suite.
