A delightful villa set close to the lovely town of Ocho Rios amidst remarkable scenery, Canoe Cove has a private sandy beach where paddleboards and kayaks are available to use whilst enjoying the sea breeze and serenity of its ideal setting. The attractive and elegant living and dining room opens up to the garden courtyard and the luxurious waterfront pool with plenty of sun loungers for guests to relax. Lawns lead to an al fresco dining and preparation area beneath a thatched roof pergola and a sandy area within the gardens for sun worshippers. Next to the living area a games room can be found, along with an office, and a large well-equipped kitchen where the chef prepares meals, providing a truly comforting experience. This contemporary villa is thoughtfully furnished in a blend of colonial and modern styles with marble and wooden floors, vibrant tones, and splashes of colour. There are three bedrooms with access to the patio on the ground floor, two with king size beds, queen sofa beds and bathrooms en suite, and one with king size bed and en suite shower room. There is also a children’s room, suitable for adults, with two queen size beds and private shower. All three bedrooms on the first floor have king size beds en suite shower rooms, and direct access to exclusive balconies. Apart from the watersports, Canoe Cove has a private tennis court, a small basketball court, a synthetic turf putting green, and a sand bunker, providing a great variety of activities. This villa is a short drive from the town of Ocho Rios and steps away from its own private beach.
