Description
With panoramic views of the bay and distinctive French-plantation style architecture, Stonehaven spreads through almost ten acres of a gently sloping hillside, where just fourteen spacious villas make a fabulous choice for gatherings of family or friends. The resort focuses on a large infinity pool, a bar, and Pavilion Restaurant serving casual lunches and candlelit dinners. All the villas are similarly sized and designed, with furniture in teak and mahogany, and fittings in Italian marble, Brazilian green granite, and oil-rubbed bronze from Chile.
Each of the two storey villas has a housekeeper and a private eight metre infinity pool, set in its own lawned garden. All have air-conditioned bedrooms, and a large open-plan living/dining room, echoed in al fresco form on a beautifully furnished covered veranda. Adjoining the Grafton Bird Sanctuary, the resort is a ten minute walk from the beach, and its office staff will happily arrange activities from golf and diving to deep sea fishing and rainforest hikes.
