Description
At the centre of Brac’s southern coast is its most famous white pebble beach, Zlatni Rat, or ‘Golden Cape’; from which this modern villa takes its name. Just outside the resort town of Bol, the beach is recognised as the best on the island for windsurfing; the town has shops, restaurants and a bakery; and the villa is a five minute walk from these amenities and just a few steps from the water’s edge. Comprised of two buildings, facing each other across a central courtyard and linked by a bridge at first floor level, the villa has a private pool in the courtyard, a gym and table tennis, a sea view terrace furnished for al fresco dining, and an outdoor grill. In the main building, the master suite, with hot-tub bathroom, is one of two bedrooms on the upper floor, while social space at ground level includes an open-plan kitchen/diner and a generously sized living room. The second building is home to four studio-style suites, each with a handy kitchenette; and all six bedrooms have WiFi, air conditioning, a TV, en suite bath or shower room, and access to a balcony or outdoor area. Golden Cape is 35km from Supetar, for ferries to Split.
