Description
This contemporary house comfortably sleeps 10, and overlooks idyllic views of the Jack Nicklaus golf course at Reunion Resort. It’s modern, clean and furnished to a high standard, with a spacious layout that promises families maximum relaxation and privacy on their Orlando getaway. There’s a lovely private pool out back, with the indulgent addition of a corner Jacuzzi, and a large covered terrace that has an alfresco dining table – the perfect spot for a lazy villa breakfast.
Head in from the pool patio and you’ll step into the large open plan living area that takes centre stage on the spacious ground floor. There’s a cosy lounge and indoor dining table that’s larger than outside (seating ten), with a well-equipped kitchen that has all the usual mod cons, plus a breakfast bar if you don’t fancy those poolside morning views. A king size double bedroom and large home-style cinema room completes the ground floor – tiered (and sink-worthy) leather seats are reminiscent of a typical American movie theatre, and there’s a large projection screen with surround sound for the best in cosy villa film nights. Head upstairs and there are four more bedrooms; two twins, both with en suite shower rooms, and another king size double that has its own private seating area and a balcony that faces the front views of the house. All rooms in the villa have a contemporary look and feel, but it’s the master double which is probably the most elegant. There’s private seating and an en suite bathroom, and also private access to a furnished covered balcony that looks out to the villa’s lovely pool. Bean bags, a pool table and the ultimate American family fun of foosball can be found in the games room on the first floor, too.
This property includes access to the Reunion Resort facilities – for guests of the villa, it is free to use the water park, tennis courts and shared community pools, and there is also access to a Disney Shuttle bus for a small additional fee.
