Description
Close to the water’s edge on the low headland which forms St Stephano’s horseshoe bay, this attractive house shares the promontory with its two sister-villas, Fotoula and Stephanos. The three are very private and completely independent of each other, though two (or all) could be booked together for large groups or big family get-togethers. ‘Eftihia’ translates as ‘good fortune’, and this family villa is certainly in a fortunate spot, just a hundred metres from the harbour with its sprinkling of friendly tavernas, and a five minute walk from the village’s man-made beach. The split-level villa has an open-plan living/dining room and kitchen, raised slightly above the pool and opening on to a shaded veranda furnished for al fresco dining. There are two twin bedrooms and two shower rooms on the lower poolside level, and the master double occupies the top floor, with en suite bathroom and its own balcony from which to enjoy the views. The eight metre infinity pool has loungers on its paved surround and, just above, a spacious barbecue area enjoys dappled tree shade.
