This space has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors in both the kitchen and living room, flooding the room with light and providing access to the pool terrace and the shady courtyard with lounge area. Also on the ground floor you’ll find two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, and the first of two stunning master suites with dressing rooms and en suite bathrooms.
All the bedrooms on the ground floor have large glass doors providing access either to the pool terrace or courtyard. The first floor is occupied solely by the second master suite, with its own private balcony. Outside, the beautiful private pool and patio area is served by a very smart bar and outdoor kitchen, and surrounded by landscaped gardens. A few steps down from the pool lead to a further seating area with incredible sea views, perfect for sundowners. A paved pathway, lit at night, meanders down through the grounds to a private bathing platform, complete with sunbeds and easy access into the water; there’s also a landing platform for boats, so guests can enjoy a day on the water and be dropped off straight back to the villa. Nearby there are some pretty pebble beaches, and San Stephano and Kassiopi are an easy drive away.
