Set on the southern coast of Sicily, in a sunny position with extensive lawns, Casa Caterina is the perfect retreat for both families and friends looking for a relaxing holiday. This property blends traditional and contemporary styles with crisp whites, neutral tones, wooden –beamed ceilings, and is richly furnished with particular attention to the materials and finishes and is equipped with modern facilities. The stylish sitting room featuring a bio-fireplace and an ornamental baby grand piano, and the large family kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table, have direct access to the terrace. There are plenty of outdoor spaces, from furnished terraces, to the covered veranda for al fresco dining overlooking the private swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers.  

Designed for large groups, Casa Caterina features three bedrooms in the Main Villa and two more in the annexe. All bedrooms in the Main House open up to the terrace and have private shower rooms. A great addition is the billiard room and table football for some friendly family competition. The annexe contains two very eye-catching bedrooms, both with shower rooms en suite. One bedroom is a double opening to terrace and the other is a double that can be made as a twin. Explore the beautiful beaches of Fontane Bianche and Calamosche or the lovely baroque towns Noto or Modica. Siracusa and all its amenities is only a 10km drive away. Our view is that this large property with spacious bedrooms is good for either couples or two families travelling together.
